Entry ID: 1565726 | I have been working extremely hard since the last alumni game in order to maintain my dominance over the high school varsity squad. As head coach of the Tomball high school varsity summer league team I was able to get in thousands of reps and would say my current level of play rivals that of my Rice University playing days. I feel strong, sharp, and confident in my ability to once again lead the alumni team to victory. Will there be another "still got smoke" trophy up for grabs this year? |

It is always fun to bs with your friends all while beating up the competition. Like the Doze said boys, calling out the alumni is like poking a stick at a grizzly bear. Don't give us more incentive to come out and try to embarrass you. I don't see the trophy leaving our hands anytime soon. Better go out and get some ringers. |

Also, my bat speed is lightning fast!! I hope someone has a video camera. Because the display I put on at the HOME RUN Derby will surely be worthy of making the ESPN Top 10. |

6am - Rise and Shine!! Roll out of my 500 thread count sheets in my silk boxers. Stop to admire my sweet pecks and biceps. Man Hulk Hogan doesn't have anything on me. I'll be taking all arm wrestling challenges after the game today.
615am - After 15 mins of admiring my sweet guns I jump in the shower to get freshened up for the BIG GAME today. Haus will definitely be looking his best for everyone!!
630am - Just got a tight fade cut yesterday. Maybe I should have gotten some highlights like back in the day?!?! Spruce on a little Polo Sport. I'm ready to take on the world. At 32 yrs old, I'm definitely in the prime of my life and my testosterone level is at it’s peek!! That’s the only thing that could explain these HUGE biceps. Is there anyone BIGGER, COOLER, or MORE of a Haus than me?!?!
7am - Just topped off my carbo loading for the big game today. Also had a 12 oz protein shake and a light warm up workout this morning. Nothing big, just 3 sets of 10 with 275. My guns are awesome!!
730am - Called my boys Sneed and Herndog to make sure they are up and ready for action!! It's game day!!
8am - Cruise up to the yard in my sweet ride. It's 38 degrees outside but I've got my window down so I can hang my left arm out. That way everyone can admire my sweet biceps!! I'll be signing autographs after the game.
830 - Arrive at the field primed and ready to go. Just caught a glimpse of myself in my side mirror. Man my biceps are legit!! I'm so pumped up I think I need to burn off a little excess adrenalin.

Entry ID: 1053240 | just finished my pregame...worked out all of the lactic acid buildup from my workout regiment. i feel better now than i did when i was playing in the college world series in omaha for the fighting rice owls. i have been in the weightroom religously and have my bench press up over 165lbs. WOW!!!!!!!! how many of you pups can say that???? look for scope ropes to reach out over the bayou tomorrow in the HR derby. t-minus 14 hours. sleep if you can. |

Man FORD makes some sweet trucks!! You can look for it tomorrow. It will be the clean green machine out in front of the complex.
Anyway as far as the games concerned. Lucky for you batters my 'bows still kicking from last year so you probably won't have to face me. But PITCHERS BEWARE!! Haus Ringo was flat CRUSHIN' THE BALL at Mountasia yesterday!! Haus is going to be putting on a HOME RUN display before the game in the Derby competition!! I've been carb loading for 2 weeks now and working out in my home gym. MAN, my bench is up to 500 LBS!! Haus makes Jeremy Giambi look like a little school boy!! Pray for rain!!
