West Orange Wildcats Football & Cheer

West Orange Youth Football & Cheer Association is the PREMIER youth Football and Cheer program representing the Florida communities of Winter Garden, Windermere and Oakland.

West Orange Youth Football & Cheer is a Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc. league dedicated to developing strong, smart, responsible, and healthy young athletes by teaching leadership, teamwork, and discipline through youth sports. Pop Warner is the leading youth football, cheerleading and dance organization, with programs and participants across the United States. At every level, Pop Warner Football & Cheer seeks to develop well-rounded young athletes who learn the fundamentals of football or cheerleading, while emphasizing the importance of academic success.

For over 40 years, West Orange Youth Football & Cheer, a 100% volunteer, non-profit organization, has been the major feeder program for several schools in the West Orange county school district, including West Orange High School, and, in recent years, Windermere High School and Horizon High School. Many of the West Orange Youth Football & Cheer alumni have gone on to become very successful athletes at the high school, university and professional levels.

Mission of the Association

Our mission is to: (1) enable young people to benefit from participation in team sports and activities in a safe and structured environment where they can develop new skills, learn teamwork and sportsmanship, make friends, and have fun, and (2) to teach fundamental values, skills and knowledge that young people will use throughout their lives, all while emphasizing the importance of academic success.

The West Orange Wildcats Fall 2024 Football & Cheer Season

We are actively accepting applications for volunteer Coaches for our upcoming Fall 2024 Football & Cheer season for all age groups. We are seeking volunteers for roles such as Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Team Parents, Board Members, Home Game Day Volunteers, and others.

If you think that you possess the qualities and passion to be a West Orange Wildcats Youth Football or Cheer Coach, Board Member or on the Volunteer Staff, PLEASE don’t hesitate! This is a wonderful opportunity to contribute to the community by supporting our local youth sports. We look forward to hearing from individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our youth and within our community!

We are selling former West Orange football game jerseys whose proceeds will be reinvested back into our beloved West Orange Pop Warner organization. Former game jerseys are PERFECT for practice!
