Tyler Condren is an 11 year old boy from Walkersville, MD who was just diagnosed on April 3, 2008 with an aggressive Brain Tumor, Glioblastoma. If you don't know Tyler, you may know his sister Hannah who plays on the U11 lacrosse team.

Tyler is a pretty typical 11 year old boy who likes video games, baseball and picking on his sister. Despite having high functioning autism and ADHD, he is an honor roll student. Until recently, his daily life consisted of school, baseball, homework and spending time with his family. In early April, after a trip to the pediatrician for a nagging headache that is when Tyler was diagnosed with a glioblastoma. Tyler has had brain surgery to remove the tumor and now he commutes to the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland for radiation & chemotherapy. Once radiation and chemotherapy at NIH are complete, he will begin what we all hope is a very successful chemotherapy regimen at Children's Hospital. Tyler's mother has taken a leave of absence from her job to care for him leaving Tyler's father as the sole provider for the family. The family is now facing enormous financial burdens.

Tyler has quite a battle ahead of him. Please help him in his fight!
