CONGRATULATIONS AND WELCOME TO THE 2008 HAMMOND PATRIOT SEASON! GOODLUCK TO ALL TEAMS!
Divisions:
Tiny Mites: 5 - 6 yr old 35 - 75 lbs.
Jr. Mighty Mites: 7 - 8 yr old 40 - 90 lbs.
Jr. Pee Wee: 8 - 10 yr old 50 - 105 lbs.
Jr. Midgets: 10 - 12 yr old 85 - 135 lbs.
13 yr old Older/Lighter 85 - 115 lbs.
Cheerleaders age range from 5 - 15 yrs old
All divisions are subjected to:

All participants must meet the outlined matrix set by NPWLS Inc.
Refund Policy
Minimum deposits are not refundable. Remainder of fee will
be refunded if paid in full, until Monday June 1st, 2008.
After Monday June 1st, 2008, a $25.00 credit will be issued
towards next years registration if paid in full.
After Friday August 1st, 2008, absolutely no refunds will be
issued by Hammond Pop Warner.
Medical reasons will be considered, but will require documentation
from your physician.
Failure to assemble a team for a division will be considered.
Each case will be reviewed by the executive board.
AFTER THE DATE LISTED ABOVE THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED.
** Football is a physically and mentally demanding sport, which is
not for every child. Make sure your Child really wants to participate.

The Hammond Patriots are committed to providing a ministry that helps bring youth to their full human potential. The Hammond Pop Warner Organization enables children to reach for higher achievement by having requirements demanding specific grades in order to be able to participate and maintain eligibility in the program. The Hammond Patriots provide opportunities for young people to develop strong moral character, self-esteem and leadership qualities through activities of a social, educational, recreational and athletic nature.
