The Greater Philadelphia Football Showcase will be held at Cardinal O'Hara HS on Sunday May 20 from 3pm-7pm. Early registration is $40.00. Great opportunity for our players to showcase their talents for live college scouts.
Nutritional Information for Athletes
This handout acts as a guideline for recommended dietary habits before, during, and after physical contests on the football field. The program, designed by our strength and conditioning coach, Todd Gorsop, not only provides information but also gives recommendations on proper foods to consume at the appropriate times. We will use this throughout the entire off-season as well as during the season.
