FC United Press Release

2008-2009 Coach's Form
This form must be completed for all coach's, trainers, team managers (anyone who has contact with the players). Submit to the registrar for processing.

2008-2009-FUY Player Registration Packet
Each player needs a completed packet turned into their team manager/coach. Team managers/coaches need to consolidate these packets and turn them into the registrar.
