6 Week Camp - 3 days a week
(Monday—Wednesday—Friday)

Highest quality instruction and training
Daily skill lessons and drills
Average 1 1/2 hours of court time per day

Camp T-shirt
Strength training experts will present advanced muscle and stamina building exercises that you will be able to continue after camp.
Activities will consist of speed ladders, track workouts and plyometrics for explosiveness and quick lateral movement.
Athletes will have Physical Testing Evaluations that include body measurements, body fat %, static and vertical jump, agility testing, push-ups, sit-ups, and mile run times.
Skills Training
Focus areas include shooting, passing, rebounding, ball-handling and defensive strategy. Instructors will teach innovative practice drills to help athletes develop their strength, quickness, agility and flexibility. Fundamental sessions will establish and reinforce proper form and execution.
