2009 Travel Baseball Registration Form
The Kingson Royals 2009 Travel Baseball Registration Form. All players' parents must complete and sign this form to participate in the 2008/2009 Royals Travel Baseball Program.
FCA Youth Baseball Team Contract Packet
This Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) Youth Baseball Contract packet must be read and signed by every player and parent. The packet includes: 1) Youth Team Mission & Vision Statements; 2) Commitment to Youth Team Philosophy; 3) Youth Team Coaching Philosophy & Commitment (to be signed by every coach); 4) Youth Team Player Code of Character & Conduct; 5) Youth Team Parent Code of Conduct; 6) Youth Team Medical Release Form; and 7) Youth Team Signature Form.
AA County Background Check Form
AA County mandated Background Check Form. Every adult who may interface in any capacity with the team (coaches, team mom's, scorekeepers, etc.), must complete a background check.
