George McKernnan Memorial Award
The Head Coach of each Football Team shall submit 1 candidate from their team for this award based on the following criteria: A. Sportsmanship B. Coachability C. Team Spirit D. Attendance E. Athletic Ability
Peg Rhodes Spirit Award
The Head Coach of each Cheerleading Squad shall submit 1 candidate from their squad for this award based on the following criteria: A. Sportsmanship B. Coachability C. Team Spirit D. Attendance E. Athletic Ability
Hooven Award Nomination
This award shall be presented to honor a coach who embodies the teachings and the principals of sportsmanship, fair play, excellence, character building and leadership as Coach Hooven had done for countless young men. Any adult KPFA member may place a name in nomination.
Vanicelli Award Nomination
This award shall be presented to an elected or appointed member of the KPFA, in recognition of unselfish service and dedication to the KPFA. Any adult KPFA member may place a name in nomination.
Schafer Award Nomination
This award shall be presented to any adult member of the KPFA, in recognition of unselfish service and dedication to the KPFA. Any adult KPFA member may place a name in nomination.
Dr. Norman Washington Award
Awarded annually to a football player or cheerleader for their efforts in community service and academic achievement.
