Concession Stand Schedule
If you cannot work the game for which you are scheduled it is your responsibility to find a substitute by switching with another parent or asking a teenager to work for them. If you or your substitute does not show up for your assigned concession stand duty the organization will cash your concession stand deposit check. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Archer Photography - Photo Order Form
Football photos will be taken at the Mars Boro Field on Wednesday, August 26th for the Blue Teams and Thursday, August 27th for the Gold Teams.

MARS is a member of the United Youth Football League. These are the rules established by the member organizations that make up this league and which govern many aspects of our football program.

This is the 2009 Registration form for the Mars Youth Football and Cheerleading program.
MARS Emergency Contact Form
This form is necessary for all children in cheer and football. These are kept by the head coaches at each practice and every game in the event of an emergent need to contact a parent or guardian.
MARS Photography Release Form
All parents of children involved in the football and cheer program is asked to complete this form so that we can post photos of their child on the website.
MARS Physical Form
Every child involved in the program must undergo a physical examination prior to the start of practice. This is the form you should ask your physician to complete.
MARS Waiver and Release Form
Every parent or guardian must sign this waiver in order for their child to participate in the MARS football & cheer program.
