 Pack 113 Registration Form for 2007-2008 (PDF)
Form to re-register returning Scouts or register new Cub Scouts (along with the National form below) for the Pack 113 2007-2008 Cub Scout program. Returning Scouts may turn in the completed form with payment to a leader or follow the mailing instructions below. New Scouts should follow the mailing instructions with the National form below. New Scouts may register in Person during a recruitment night to be held in the fall.
 New National BSA Registration form for NEW Scouts (PDF)
Form to register new Cub Scouts (only needs to be submitted one time for the duration of the Cub Scout program). The file should be printed, completed, then pages 5 & 6 mailed together with the completed Pack 113 registration form (see above) and the registration fees to:

New National BSA Registration form for NEW Adult Volunteers (PDF)
Form for adults to use if they are serving on the Pack Committee or as a Dem leader or Assistant. Completed forms may be mailed along with new Cub registrations or separately to the address above (only needs to be submitted once).
