This is the guide that was handed out at the player/ parents meeting. It includes all rules and expectations as well as the evaluation tool to be used to pick the team.

Volunteer Daily Log
All Booster Members who are actively volunteering their time should Log their Volunteer Time. Please hand in at monthly Booster Meetings. Your "Documented Volunteer Time" benefits PHUHS in maintaining an "A" Ranking.
Volunteer Registration Form
All Baseball Booster Members must complete this form and turn in at any monthly Booster Meeting.
