Age classifications indicating what age group you will participate. (mites, squirts, pee wees, bantams)
USA Hockey Online Registration
All players and coaches must register with USA hockey. A $30 registration fee is required plus a $10 affiliation fee. Confirmation number from USA hockey will be needed to register with RCYH. A Step-by-step instructions for the online registration are provided below.

RCYH Online Registration
RCYH online registration will require the confirmation number you received when registering with USA Hockey. All information that you entered into USA Hockey will then automatically be transferred to our RCYH registration form. Please verify all information is correct.
Jersey Sizes:
Mites & Squirts are youth sizes on the registration form.
Pee Wees & Bantams are adult sizes.

Waiver of Liability Form
Form must be completed and turned in at registration.
Consent to Treat Form
Form must be completed and turned in at registration.
Participant Code of Conduct Form
Form must be completed by player and turned in at registration.
Parent Orientation/Zero Tolerance Form
Form must be completed by the parents and turned in at registration.
