If you have any ideas, suggestions, concerns or comments (positive or negative) that you would like the Executive Board and Voting Council to know and/or consider, please use this form and send it to us.
Grievance Form
Any participant in the League has the responsibility to report any issue that requires immediate and priority attention of the Executive Board. These issues will be referred to as grievances. Any League Associate can file a formal grievance by completing and signing this form.
 Travel Coaches Feedback
This form is for parents to provide feedback on travel coaches and the travel experience. Please provide concerns or comments (positive or negative). Comments will remain confidential unless a signature is included. Please use this form and send it to us either via email or mail.
