Play Out Option Form
Players may use this form to declare their intention to "play out their option" and become a free agent. Form must be submitted to a league official by Memorial Day of the current season for the submitting player to be released for the following year. Option is not official until confirmed by a league director
Player Release Form
A player and manager may complete this form to confirm the official release of said player. The recognized manager of the team must sign or otherwise notify a league director before the release is official
