This tutorial is for Commissioners and Board Members who need to update web pages on our website, www.spokanesoccer.com. For login information, see the I.N.S.A. President, V.P., or Webmaster.
 Player Registration Form
This form is also available at the Spokane Valley Youth Soccer Assoc. office. Form must be completed and signed when player card is purchased.
Game roster form
roster form given to referee at the start of each game
Team Registration Form
The team egistration form must be completed by each team and signed by all players prior to playing.
 Pick Up Player Slip
Leagues that allow pick up players require the opposing coach to sign this form. Pick up players must meet age requirements and have a valid INSA player card. The form must be shown to the referee.
