Upper Island Development League Rules
The purpose of the Upper Island Development League is to foster and promote the level of youth play at a more competitive level within the region.

Law Interpretations
The Laws of the Game are determined by the International Football Association Board (IFAB), and The Rules and Regulations of the British Columbia Soccer Association are aimed at establishing an efficient and fair regulatory structure. These rules and regulations cover matters ranging from the affiliation of clubs and associations, the transfer of players, and appeals.
