 IKWF Competitor Card Application
This application must be filled out for each wrestler to obtain their USA Wrestling card. This card is required to practice and participate in tournaments with the Wolves.
USA Wrestling Waiver
This liability waiver form must be completed by coaches.
Medical Information Forms
For insurance purposes, these medical information forms must be completed.
IKWF Coach's Card Application
This application must be filled out and turned in to the head coach. The Wolves Wrestling Club head coach must approve all coaching applications. We will send all coach applications in to USA Wrestling together. It is required for all coaches to have a coach's card prior to coaching for the Wolves.
