 Team Roster Form for Roster Exchange
April 4, 2009 is roster exchange at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church on the Island. It’s diagonally across the intersection from the Tropic(ana) Bar. The Bronco and Pinto meetings are at 3:00pm, the Mustang meeting is at 5:00 pm. You need to bring several things with you. First, you need to fill out a roster form, which is attached. Bring about 20 copies to the meeting. You also need birth certificates for everybody on your roster unless the league confirms in advance that they already have the birth certificates. Don’t assume the league has a birth certificate just because the kid played last year. Instead, please fill out the roster form as soon as you can and send it back to me. I can then ask the commissioners if they already have the right birth certificates.
