 Scholar Athlete Progress Report
Progress Reports are used to keep track of participant academic standing for eligibility. This document can also be used as part of the application for yearend Scholar Athlete honors, if the official report card has not been received.
 2009 WPYF Participant Application
2009 Football & Cheer Participant Application. This file includes the application, and 2 copies of the Parent and Participant Code of Conduct. Please complete the application, and at least one copy (2 pages) of the code of conduct. Return the application to your coach, or by mail to our post office box. Participation fees for 2009 remain at $150. Football players pay an additional $10 for the practice jersey. Cheer fees and uniform costs should be discussed with your coach or Cheer Coordinator.
