volunteer application 2010
All LL volunteers must fill out a volunteer application. Do not forget to include your Social Security #--this is mandatory for all WVLL coaches, it provides us w/ a more complete background check. Along w/ the volunteer app a copy of your coaches certification and drivers license (or official photo id) is required.
