 2009 Season registration
Please fill out this form and bring to any registration. All registrations and fees are due by Aug 26th 8pm. Any late registrations will be assessed a $25 late fee and the player will automatically be placed into the blind draft, no exceptions.
Flag: ages 4, 5, 6, & 7 = $90 includes game jersey and mouthpiece
Tackle: ages 8-12 = $145 includes game jersey
$10 sibling discount for one child
Additional $25 late fee for payments made after August 26th.
*If we do not have enough kids and coaches to support separate flag groups (4 team minimum) we will combine everyone into 1 group of 4-7 yr old players. We will give parents of 4 yr olds the option of withdrawing if they do not want their child to participate with the older children. A refund will be given if a withdrawal is requested and approved. Please note refunds are only IF the two groups are merged into one and this ONLY applies to 4 yr olds.
