Lindsay Law
The Lindsay Law form is a requirement by the State of Ohio. It is required parents read and sign this form prior to their daughter's participating in any and all sports in Ohio. Please read and sign and turn into your coach prior to the season starting.

Concussion
Per State of Ohio Law, all sports coaches are required to take a course in the basic knowledge of signs and symptoms of a concussion. This brief video will give coaches this knowledge. It is a requirement that at least 1 member of the coaching staff possess this certificate for any game played in the State of Ohio.
