Players that are released from their geographic base Post must fill out the Player Release Form 76
Player Profile Forms
Post 98 requests that all players fill out the Player Profile form. This form helps the Post 98 staff provide information when selecting players for scholarships and awards
Form 6
The use of the National Form #6 will be mandatory for all players who are participating for another baseball program during our legion baseball season.
These forms shall be submitted with each teams other paperwork.
