THE BULLS WANT YOU....
The Helping Hands Bulls will begin registration for its Football and Cheerleading programs on April 2nd, 2007. Since this is the Helping Hands Bulls first year all Registration is FREE.(Football & Cheerleading)
The following items are required for Registration
• Photocopy of child(ren) birth certificate
• Completed Medical/Physical form
• Current Picture (of child’s face)
• Photocopy of most recent Report Card
• Completed Registration form
