THE BEGINNER'S GUIDE
Welcome to the official site of Holloway Gaels Ladies' Gaelic Football Club.
Holloway Gaels Ladies' GFC is the most centrally located Gaelic football club in London with their current base at Finsbury Park. Finsbury Park station is on the Victoria and Piccadilly tube lines, and has an overland train station and bus depot. It is 5 minutes from Kings Cross station and 10 minutes from Oxford Circus.
We are a well organised and professionally managed club in our 16th year and are current London championship title holders.
The majority of our players are Irish. However our membership boasts a wide range of ethnic and sporting backgrounds and everyone is always made to feel welcome.
We're a progressive and very sociable club aiming to promote both gaelic football and women’s sport in London. We'd love to hear from anyone interested in playing ladies' gaelic football. No experience necessary, just a good attitude and an interest in sport. Our season is finished but training will start up again in Feb / March next year.
