Karen Patten Former IFBB Pro makes Golden Kingdom appearance!
Former IFBB pro Karen Patten keeps things in the natural realm! Karen the mother of three daughters resides in Anckorage Alaska and also works with youth there. Karen was delighted for an opportunity to participate in IAM Fitness new category of pro-fitness and it was definitely a positive experience for her. IAM Fitness looks forward to working with Karen on our new Anckorage kids program which will be headed by Rob Snelson. Thanks for your support Karen and for making your presence known at the Golden kingdom IAM Fitness fund raiser!
Ironfish Athletic Ministries & Fitness Is a 501(c)3 non-profit fitness and health organization that promotes natural bodybuilding and other sporting and fitness events,offers free fitness information to drug free athletes and provides free personal fitness training and mentoring to fatherless,obease and at risk youth(and soon to seniors!) in our society who are seemingly without hope.
