I enjoy softball because I like the idea of the edge-of-your-seat – tension. It is fun for me to see the game progressing. I also like the proud feeling you get deep in your gullet when a teammate makes an out or throws a perfect pitch. It is also a deep enjoyment of mine to make and meet new friends. It is also a pretty cool way to learn good sportsmanship and teamwork. I have played softball since kindergarten and I am going into fifth grade. My dad has always been an assistant coach on all of my past softball teams. I enjoy having him on my team even if he DOES sometimes get on my nerves! I also like the concession stand (and so does my brother. It gives him something to do while I play softball.) But anyway, I loooooove softball and I think it is stupendous. It is one of the things I look most forward to in the entire year! (I know, it is hard to believe, right?). This year I was on Team Jimmy Jack’s. My coach was awesomely awesome and always full of good advice.
