Players participating in the play offs must have played minimum of 6 games in the regular season.

Staring April 27th 2009 SUMMER LEAGUE:
$25 fine if LEAGUE TEAM LIST FORM is not used for the game . $50 for the second time.
$100 for the third time.
RED CARD:
$30 first RED CARD,Second RED CARD $50

WARNING any team caught playing a ineligible player will be fined $100.00 and forfeits that game, all fines must be paid before the next schedule game.Any team uses ineligible player twice will be suspended for the rest of the season.

NOTICE TO ALL SOCCER TEAMS:
Team managers please make sure your team roster is up to date and you only have 25 players on the list.To make sure CLICK on GAME RESULTS then the last match your team has played,also if you have any premier division players playing on you team that player must be identified on your team lists every game.
Home team must ensure that soccer field is properly lined to play soccer game.The league has appointed a person to lined the fields, but home team is still responsible to make sure the field is ready prior to the game.
It's the Ref decision only if the game will be played or not when the field is not prepared properly and not the teams.If the team disagrees with the Ref decision they have to play the game and inform the Ref that game is played under protest.

2 Team list forms must be handed in to the ref.Please PRINT THE NAME,otherwise your team player will not be credited For the game played.
Please make sure that your team list has only the names of the players that are present and playing in the game.

ABBY UNITED player Mr Shawn Sangha received Red Card 12 Sept 2009 for unsportsmanlike behavior by verbally threatening and abusing the Referee.
This was his second Red Card for the same offense. He received his first Red Card in the Summer League.
League Board Members decision that Mr Shawn Sangha fined $30 and Suspended for 6 games.

19th Sep 2009 Stolo FC forfeit game (BARSA FC won 3-0) STOLO FC fined total of $110.( Ref fee $60 and $50 for forfeiting the game) fine must be paid before start of the next game.

FIGHTING AT ANY OF THE SOCCER VENUES
A M S L registered player involved in fighting at any of the Soccer venues off the field will be suspended for one year to date.
