2009 Baseball and Softball Update
AJAC supported a total of 11 youth teams in the 2009 season.
1 teeball, 3 softball and 7 baseball
Approximately 140 children took part with 24 parents and volunteers supporting them as coaches.
AJAC was able to provide each child game jerseys and each team was fully equipped.
The Park clean up was also a big success doubling last year's volunteer numbers to 40 participants. Thank you! to the teams and their Coaches.
Looking ahead to 2010 we hope to add an additional 3 teams for a total of 14 teams.
Mark Kisiel would like to extend his thanks to all the coaches and parents,and to the kids for their enthusiasm.
Also a special thanks to Joe Curto who left the program in such ggod shape making Mark's first year all the easier to handle.

2009 Basketball season
AJAC is looking for a Basketball director for the 2009 season. If you would like to volunteer for this position please contact Roy Laplant at the AJAC clubhouse.
AJAC will be having basketball sign ups on the following dates and timesThursday Oct 14/Thursday Oct 22 from 530 to 700- Sat Oct 16/Sun Oct 17/Sat Oct 24/Sun Oct 25 from 1230 to 200 at the AJAC Clubhouse at Ashe Park(by the basketball court) first year players need at least to be 6 yrs old and in first grade and must bring a copy of birth certificate, fee is $35.00 for more information call 552-0440 and leave name and phone number someone will call you back

2009 Fall Soccer Season Update
A total of 344 children are playing soccer this fall with AJAC!
AJAC has 8 travel teams and 219 kids play instructional soccer.
AJAC has provided each child playing instructional soccer their own team t-shirt.
We always need more coaches especially for the younger children if you or someone you know is interested in coaching instrucitonal soccer for the 2010 Spring season please contact the AJAC clubhouse.
