Sign-up's for the 2013 Wrestling season will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 28th and Thursday, Nov. 29th from 6PM-7PM in the Allendale Middle School Cafeteria


The first practice will be on Tuesday, Dec. 4th with a Parent meeting at 5:30. There will be 2 sessions, beginner from 5:30-6:30PM and an advanced from 6:30-8:00PM.

Wrestlers should wear T-shirt, shorts or sweats (no zippers or snaps are allowed) wrestling shoes or clean gym shoes.

Parents are welcome to watch and participate, but please no siblings in the room during practice. It really distracts the wrestlers and coaches.

This is a competitive and aggressive sport. The basics will be taught as well as advanced techniques for the more experienced wrestler. Our goal is to teach the sport as well as other very important life skills such as team spirit, hard work, perseverance, good sportsmanship, respect for others and many more.
