In May of 2007 the Angels were approached with the proposal to merge. Proposal has been accepted and merger with Greater Baltimore Soccer Club has been completed.
The coaching teams have merged as well and new coaching team is consist of 4 coaches.
The goal for the upcoming 2007 Fall season was to build a strong, solid team to compete in any league. Unfortunately, merger process was not as smooth as it was expected. As the result, Angels did not had enough players and were forced to play most of the games a man or two down...
