Welcome to the Atom B team,the following positions need to be filled by Parents to help make this year run smooth. If you would like to help out with any of these postions please feel free to contact the coach.

MANAGER-
Complete game sheets and have signed by players. Report any suspensions to Disciplinary Chair Person,LLFHL and the Roadrunners and OWHA. Report games to LLFHL, book tournaments, Report schedule changes or cancellations to Ice Scheduler 4 working days prior or team will be charged for ice not used. Make sure ice scheduler has a complete listing of your games and tournaments, as they are available. Responsible for handing out schedules and keeping people informed upon request of the Coach. Suggest you hand out paper for schedules and tournaments.
JERSEYS - (home / whites) (away / blacks)
One volunteer per set, should keep them washed and carry to and from all games and tournaments. Both sets should be available at games in case there is a conflict of colour. See jersey policy.
PARENT VOLUNTEER CO-COORDINATOR -
Attend (monthly)meetings arranged by the Parent Volunteer Chairperson, which will give information for fundraising,tournaments,dance and banquet.Responsible for reporting information back to the team.Organizing your team's volunteer hours for the tournament.
TREASURER - ( 2nd co-signer )
Must not be the team Manager,Head Coach,Assistant Coach(or spouse) or Trainer.See policy relating to Financial Management of Teams. Must have a second signing authority.
MEDIA REP -
Report game results to the local paper as well as tournament success to the website co-oordinator(this function can be done by the Manager)
TRAINER -
If possible Trainer should be female.Must have a valid trainer's certificate(or be willing to attend trainer's clinic to obtain).Must be available to be on the bench at games and attend to injuries on the ice when necessary. Must fill out accident reports as required by the OWHA.
PARENT REP -
The liaison between the parents and the coach. Bring parent concerns to the coach,meet with the coach and parent if required. Take serious issues to Travel or House League Convenor. All discipline problems must be reported to Travel or House League Convener and taken to Disciplinary Chair (Vice President)
