Bengals participate in city wide clean up
April 6, 2008 - 11:00 PM --
Coach Broadway and the 2008 West Philadelphia Bengals assisted the community youth and adult volunteers with the cleaning and trash pick up at the Haddington recreation center. And as always the Bengals found time to throw the ball around and welcome 15 newcomers into the jungle. It was great to see so many new faces as well as the vets. The cleanup was capped off with a huge festival at the lincoln financial field where we all enjoyed plenty of food and drink in closing i would like to thank everyone at the rec center and also congratulate Mayor Nutter on a successful citywide clean up
