B.E.S.T. CAMP REGISTRATION 2009
April 8, 2009 --
The Town of Forest City Parks and Rec. Department will again play host to the B.E.S.T camp. The location will be at the new Dunbar Elementary School in Forest City, NC. The fields there are excellent.
The date for the camp is set for July 15th to July 19th 2009.
The camp will run from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Cost per camper is $75.
Age Range: 10-17 years.

From Asheville/Hendersonville: Take I26 East to exit 67, Rutherfordton, Shelby, onto Hwy 74 East. Travel approx. 21 miles and take exit 181. Go to the first stop light and turn right onto Church St. Go to the second stop light and turn left onto E. Main St. Go to second stop light and turn right onto Vance St. After crossing the cement bridge the entrance to the park will be on your left just past Truck Service Inc.
From Marion: Take Hwy 221 South to Rutherfordton. At the third stop light (CVS,Domino's,BP) turn left onto Charlotte Rd. Go to the eleventh stop light and turn left onto Vance St. After crossing the cement bridge the entrance to the park will be on your left just past Truck Service Inc.
From Hickory: Take I40 West to Exit 103 and Take Hwy. 64 West to Rutherfordton. Once inside Rutherford County at the first stop light
(Mt. Vernon Cupboard, Jones Plumbing) turn left onto Hudlow Rd. Travel Hudlow Rd. to first stop light and turn left onto W. Main St. Go to first stop light and turn left onto Vance St. After crossing the cement bridge the entrance to the park will be on your left just past Truck Service Inc.
From Shelby: Take Hwy. 74 West to Exit 181, Forest City Hwy. 74A. Travel 74A to the first stop light and turn right onto Church St. Travel Church St. to the Second stop light and turn left onto W. Main St. Travel W. Main St. to the second stop light and turn right onto Vance St. After crossing the cement bridge the entrance to the park will be on your left just past Truck Service Inc.
