Hello Steeler Fans and Supporters !
This year we have decided that Fundraising will not be mandatory for the 2009 Season. However this does not mean that we do not need your help to make this a successful year. We have had 2 fundraisers in an effort to ensure that other than the uniforms (that our parents purchase for their players) we have good training and field equipment and supplies.
Thus Far, we have had 2 fundraisers to kick off our exciting 2009 football season. We want to thank everyone who put in their time and effort to support our youth.
The Cookie Dough Fundraiser ended on July 17th 2009. The order was placed on July 20th. CAA sold 84 tubes of gourmet cookie dough! It was shy of our 120 goal that we set for ourselves, but since it was the first for the season, we still feel that it was a great success! Our Football Player brought in a profit of $200! So a big "Thank You" goes out to all.
This past Saturday, July 25th 2009, Our AWESOME FOOTBALL coaching staff held a car wash at Advance Auto on Hull Street. It was so hot! But they remained dedicated and we were able to raise $171.00. But this does not stop here. We still have gift certificates for the always delicious KRISPY KREME donuts that were on sale at the carwash. If you could not make it out, please order a certificate, they are only $6 and a GREAT way to support out team!
