Box Lacrosse Format
Chattanooga Lacrosse will continue its relationship with the Chattanooga Sports Complex (www.chattsports.com) for the 2009-2010 winter lacrosse season.
Tuesday Nights Nov. 3 - Jan. 26
(except Nov. 24, Dec. 22 & 29)
at the Chattanooga Sports Complex
*TWO DIVISIONS:
14 & Under (6:30-7:30pm)
15 & Up (7:30-8:30pm)
REGISTRATION FEE*: $75
GOALIES PAY ONLY $25
*Fee includes 10 games & a free t-shirt
*Each division will consist of four teams with 10 players on each roster. If you are not one of the first 40 players to register in your division, you will be placed on a waiting list. Players will be moved from the waiting list to one of the rosters as space & turf time becomes available. Game times will increase with roster sizes. Teams will be determined by a league draft on Thurs., Oct. 29.
What to expect on Tuesday Nights at Chattanooga Sports Complex:
State of the art facility & synthetic turf (No cleats)
4' x 4' goals
Games of 5-on-5 + the goalie
30-min. games (2 x 15 min. halves; could increase to 40-min. games)
Faceoff at beginning of game & half
No offsides
Everyone is a forward using short sticks only
30 sec. shot clock
Officiated games

ChattLax is an umbrella organization that promotes men's and women's lacrosse at all levels -spring high school teams, summer league, winter box league and the boys select Chattanooga Lightning team.
