• 7 players on the field
• 20 minute halves
• All Children are to have uniform, cleats and shinguards on.
• INSTRUCTIONAL ONLY…coaches are to place kids in position and referee is to allow up to 15 seconds for children to be positioned and then continue with game play. Both teams MUST be ready before whistle is blown.
• Only intentional hand ball is called…unintentional hand balls will not be called and a free kick will be given. (hand ball is considered from the elbow down to the finger tips)
• No penalty kicks will be allowed BUT there will be free kicks allowed when necessary.
• Goalies are allowed to place ball down, throw out or punt after a save and goal kicks are allowed. No rushing the ball! Goalie or defender can take a goal kick.
• No obvious pushing or pulling allowed.
• Throw in’s will be played
• Coaches are allowed on the field while children are in game play to help guide the children…coaches are not to pass to the children to create a play!
• No parent or sibling on the field during game play.
• 8 Players to start the game
• 20 minute halves played with 5 minute half time. (40 minute game play total)
• Players are to have uniform, cleats and shinguards in order to play
• NO offsides played at this level.
• Hand balls will be called and are considered a hand ball from the elbow down to the finger tips.
• Unintentional hand balls will not be called in the penalty area (referee decision)
• Penalty kicks will be called and if called ONLY kicker and goalie go head to head…all other players stand behind the kicker outside the goalie box.
• No slide kicking allowed…penalty will be called for slide kicks.
• Coached are not allowed on the field during game play. Coaches are to stay on the side with players.
• Parents and siblings ARE NOT allowed on the field during game play.
• Coaches or parents ARE NOT to argue or yell at the referee during game play, please keep in mind that the referees are in training. If a problem occurs speak to a league representative after game is over to discuss!
• Any unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated by players, coaches, parents or family members. It will be discussed by league representatives and possible suspension may occur.
• This is a recreational league…there is a form of competition BUT it is up to the players and coaches to also make it enjoyable!

U10 DIVISION RULES
• 11 Players on field
• 25 minute halves will be played (Coaches discretion and to be decided before game play)
• ¾ field will be played.
• Offsides will be called.
• Hand balls will be called.
• Penalties will be called and possible penalty kicks will occur. Any foul or hand ball made within “half moon” area in front of the goal will be called and will result into a penalty kick. Head to head between the goalie and kicker will take place. All other players are to be behind kicker outside the goalie box.
• Goalie is allowed 10 feet past the goal after a save for a throw or punt (they are allowed to go a little past the “half moon” area)
• Any obvious pushing or pulling that is out of game play will not be tolerated and a possible penalty will be called.
• Coaches and players are not to argue with the referee, please keep in mind that the referees are in training if any problems occur please speak to a league representative after the game.
• Coaches and players are to stay on the player side of the field and are not allowed on the field during game play. NO PARENTS or any family/friend member are allowed on the player’s side of the field.

• Offsides will be called.
• Hand balls will be called.
• Penalties will be called and possible penalty kicks will occur. Any foul or hand ball made within the penalty box will result into a penalty kick. No players are to be in the penalty box during a penalty kick.
• Any obvious pushing or pulling that is out of game play will not be tolerated and a possible penalty will be called.
• Coaches and players are not to argue with the referee, please keep in mind that the referees are in training, if any problems occur please speak to a league representative after the game.
