Rockville Game
The Lady Hornets have done it again with another victory resulting in a shutout against Rockville yesterday at home. The Hornets came out strong on offense with goals from Jessie Slingluff with 1 goal, Claire Reilly 2 goals, Alysa Billeter 2 goals, and Morgan Parker with 1 goal. The midfield and defense did an exceptional job stopping the ball from coming onto the Hornets' side. The ladies advance their record to 4-1-1.
Kennedy Game
Our Lady Hornets dominated Kennedy High School yesterday for their second home game of the season! The entire team contributed to the final score of 9 - 1. Goals were scored by Morgan Parker (2), Katie Culbertson, Leigh Gatons, Kelsey D'Ascoli, Claire Reilly, Elaine Athey, Annie Apgar, and Alysa Billeter. Jessie Slingluff led the offense with 3 assists, while Michaela Bass and Morgan Parker each had one assist.
Seneca Valley Game
Wow! The lady hornets stung Seneca Valley yesterday for another win. Offense ruled the field yesterday as the Hornets field hockey team won 7- 0. The Screamin' Eagles defense was no match for out Swarmin' Hornets. Goals were scored by Claire Reily and Alysa Billeter with 2 goals and Morgan Parker, Katie Culbertson, and Kelsey D'Ascoli each had 1 goal to contribute to the win. Jessie Slingluff and Michaela Bass each had an assist. The Hornets' defense shut out the Eagles with strong forces from Ashley Bidwick, Herta Granado and Halie Detzel.
Quince Orchard Game

Varsity Field Hockey
The Lady Hornets' season opener against Quince Orchard ended in a hard fought 5-1 loss. Our lone goal was scored by Michaela Bass with an assist from Halie Detzel. We saw some great saves by goalies Michelle Krenzke and Kim Hahr. Wish us luck in our game today at Northwest High School!!
JV Field Hockey
A hard fought game was lost in the last 2 seconds in the second overtime period with a final score of Quince Orchard 1, Damascus 0. A tremendous effort was put forth, but the talents of Anna Warfield, Anna Abbott and Chloe Macza are to be commended. Freshman goalie, Lola Renauer blocked a penalty goal holding the opponents to 1 goal.
