Booster Club Info
The Booster Club would like to welcome all new and returning families.
We would like to provide you with some initial information to help keep you informed.
For those that are not familiar with the Booster Club, we are in existence to help support Destiny Cheer cheerleaders. There are several ways we accomplish that. A few of them include:
• Provide competition gifts to the cheerleaders throughout the season (past items have included: US Tour t-shirt, pillow cases, luggage tags, necklace, etc.)
• Fundraising for Destiny Cheer families
• Coordinating of Team Mom/Dad program
• Coordinating team bonding activities

Booster Club Fees
The Booster Club fees for the 2009-10 season has been set. The fee for the year is $75. The majority of this fee covers the competition gifts that are given to each cheerleader. The remaining amount covers operating expenses. Since we do not want any cheerleaders to be in a position where everyone else gets a competition gift but them, Booster Club fees are required. Please note, you may not use any fundraising money if your Booster Club fees are not current. Please place your payment in the Booster Club payment box on the wall in the office. (Include the name of your cheerleader in the memo line to ensure proper credit.)
2009-10 Officers
The annual Booster Club meeting will be held Saturday, June 28th at 5:30. During this meeting the 2009-10 Executive Board will be voted in. If you are interested in holding a Board position on the Booster Club, please let one of the Nominating Committee members know. Communicatio
Most of the communication will be handled through the website and email. There will be times that handouts will be given. Each cheerleader will be getting a mailbox that will be in the office. The cheerleaders will be responsible for checking their mailboxes,. Please remind them to check it often. We will let you know when the mailboxes are set up for the new season.
The Booster Club is here to support the families and cheerleaders of Destiny Cheer. If there is anything we can do for you, or if you have any suggestions or have a question, pleaser get in contact with one of the board members.

New Members Only page
We have created a new Members Only page on the website. There are times that we have information that we do not want displayed for the general public. This information will be place on the Members Only page.
The Members Only page is password protected and will be changed periodically. The current password is the same password communicated to everyone during team placements (and the current password for the Team Results page). Once we have Team Mom's in place, all future password changes will be communicated through your Team Mom.

Absence Request Form

Please fill out the attached form for any absences you are anticipating from Team practice.
This will ensure the coaches are aware of the absence and can plan accordingly for that practice.
It is expected that you notify the coaches of absences (via this form) at least 14 days in advance of the absence.

Message Boards
What is the Message Board for, you ask? It is a great place to post comments and or questions to each other.
The girls can post kudos for a job well done or just a place for them to interact outside of the gym. (Please remind them to use proper etiquette on the message boards.)
For parents it's a place to ask questions or just put general comments.
Try it out...see what you think.
FYI - You must register as a League Lineup member (it is easy and a one-time thing) the first time you post in the message boards.

Order your window decal today
Window Decals are now available for only $10 each. Display your Destiny pride on your car window and show your support for your daughter. Order forms are available at the gym on the Destiny bulletin board. Turn orders into Angela VanDeBerghe (Shae's mom). You can put your order in Shae's mailbox.
Note: The decals are made of vinyl and if placed on glass will not cause damage to your vehicle. The vinyl peels right off when you are ready to remove it.
