    2004 DIAMOND BACK CLASSIC TOURNAMENT RULES
         July 29, 2004 - 01:00 PM --   12th Annual Diamond Back Classic will use the same rules as the 7th Annual Diamond Back Classic

    I have found throughout the years this works the best.

    2002 Little League Rules will be used with these Tournament Rule exceptions...
