The Fireball are Coached by Head Coach Rick Ashley and Assistant Coach Tom Kohler.

Coach Ashley has been coaching youth soccer at the club level for over 20 seasons. He has been head coach of the Fireballs since 2005. Coach Ashley has a National "B" license from the U.S. Soccer Federation and participates regularly in coaching clinics and conventions. In addition to coaching the Fireballs, Coach Ashley is the head coach of the girls varsity soccer team at Fauquier High School and the FCSC '00 United Black girls team.

Coach Kohler has been working with the Fireballs since 2008. He participates in all team training sessions, does the pre-game warm ups for the team's goalkeepers, and helps with in game tactical decisions and adjustments. The following is contact information for Coach Ashley and Coach Kohler:
