The 2009 Pioneer Survey Is Now Open!!

Below you will find 4 separate surveys.   We've divide the surveys up into separte parts to further ensure the anonymity of our respondents.

Instructions

Step 1:  Please complete the main survey - "Survey 1: Overall Program" which is an evalaution of our program from a family perspective,

Step 2:  Then you should complete the sqaud level surveys for each level at which you had a child participate this year.  These are evalautions of the coaching staff and your child's experience for that squad.  There are two different surveys:
A football based survey: "Survey 2: Football"  and a cheer based survey: "Survey 3: Cheerleader".

Step 3: Please also have each child complete a "Survey 4: Kids Survey".  If they can do it themsleves, great.  If younger ones need help, please talk them through it and enter their responses.

Click the survey name to launch each survey

Survey 1: Overall Program - Whole Family's Experience (completed once by Parents)

Survey 2: Football  - Squad Level Evaluation (completed by Parents for each level at which you had a child play football)

Survey 3: Cheerleader
- Squad Level Evaluation (completed by Parents for each level at which you had a child cheer)

Survey 4: Kid's Survey - Individual's Experience (completed by each kid who was a pioneer this year)

Remember: The responses are anonymous, so please be as honest as possible. We are trying to understand the needs and wants of our families so we can be the premier football program in our league and in our community.

FAQs

Q:Are these anonymous?
A: Yes, there is no way for the Pioneers to know who completes the surveys.  That is why they delivered via links instead of emails.

Q: Whay do you have these surveys?
A: We as an organization are striving to be and extend our lead as the premier football & cheer orgainzation in the area.    In order to continuously improve ourselves, we need feedback from our families on how we are doing.

Q: Whch surveys do I do?
A: Parents should do "Survey 1: Overall Program" once to represent your family's feedback on the Pioneers and then complete 1 each of either the "Survey 2: Football"  or  "Survey 3: Cheerleading"  for level in the organization you had a child.    Then each child should complete their own "Survey 4:  Kids Survey" on thier own.   If you have a younger child, the parent can type the responses but we'd really like the kid's opinions.

Q: What's the difference between the surveys?
A: "Survey 2: Overall Program" helps us evaluate the Pioneers as an organization, mostly focused on the Board of Directors and coordination.   Surveys 2, 3 help us evlaute the performance of each coaching staff at each level.   Survey IV gives us the child's perpective of how they enjoyed the year.

Q: If I had more than 1 child in the pogram, do I do a survey for each of them?
A: Yes: You do "Survey 2: Football" for each level you had a kid play football and a "Survey 3: Cheerleading" for each level you had a kid who cheered.

Pioneers Join Jr. Skylands Football Conference

The Pioneers Board of Directors is proud to announce that the Pioneers have been accepted into the Jr. Skylands Football Conference representing the Hunterdon Central sending district. This spot was formally filled by the Hunterdon Jr. Devils and came about as a result of tremendous hard work, respect and mutual collaboration between both organizations.

While many of the details and policies need to be worked out, it is the objective of the Pioneers organization to play in both JSFC & WCMFL leagues on a go forward basis.

We believe this acquisition puts the Pioneers in a position to solidify their role as the premier football and cheer organization in the greater central Hunterdon county area.

By expanding our involvement into two leagues we can maximize player development, provide a variety of playing experiences for our kids and produce the best candidates for Hunterdon Central High School Football and Cheer.

As part of the acquisition, the Pioneers agreed to make a concerted effort to field a Varsity team (equivalent to our Midget level) for the 2009 season. While we understand this may be a challenge based on where we are in the year, it is opportunity we are seriously evaluating.

However, it is important to reiterate we remain committed to the best interests of our families and to the children in our program. No family will be asked to participate in a league they don't feel appropriate for their child.

More details will be published over the next few weeks as we finalize the logistics of our new future.

If you have any questions or feedback regarding these events,  let us know your opinions through our regular feedback form on the website. The link is in the upper right hand corner under the title “2009 Suggestions, Recognition or Grievances”

Pioneer Families
The Pioneers are happy to announce that USA Football, the NFL’s Youth football organization, has donated 100 free tickets to the Pioneers for Giant’s preseason game against the Carolina Panthers on Monday August 17th.

This donation is a result of our ongoing involvement and support of USA Football and the fact that Coach Georgio Vuolde was invited to be an instructor several of their regional clinics.

This event is fully endorsed by the Pioneer Board and coaching staff and we hope everyone who wants to attend takes advantage of this offer.

If you and your family would like to attend, please sen an email to info@flemingtonpioneers.com with how many tickets you'd like for your family.   Please keep the requests to immediate family members to ensure as many families as possible can attend. If we receive request for more than the tickets we have, the board will pulls names out of a hat to see who gets the tickets.

Again, this is fully endorsed by the Pioneers and board members and coaches will be in attendance.
