Well, it looks like our season for playing ball is over. I wish we could keep going although I have to admit a small break will be nice. First of all, I would like to thank all the parents for all the support throughout the year. Here is the plan for winter. We want to put a float in the Christmas parade on Thursday Dec. 3rd. Also, we will have a dinner at the Filling Station Dec. 21st. The team will buy the girls dinner and the parents will be responsible for buying their own. I think the plates are app. $15.00 each. We will also present awards to each of the girls. So, please check your calendars and let me know if you will be available for the two above dates. If at all possible, I really want everyone to be there for the dinner and awards. Throughout the winter, we will continue to practice on Mondays and some Saturdays or Sundays if the weather permits. THESE PRACTICES WILL BE VOLUNTARY THROUGH THE END OF JANUARY. Starting in Febuary we will need to start practicing as a full team to get ready for Spring ball. So, in the off season I will still send text messages with practices but they will be voluntary. I am looking forward to next season and I think we will be competitive next year. We are excited about our returning girls along with the new additions of Sydney, Peyton, and Emily. Thank you girls for picking the Georgia Force to play with. We will practice Monday at 6:00 indoors in Murray County. Thanks and I will talk to everyone soon.
