Tournament Director Duties:
-Make sure all courts are clearly labeled on tournament day (i.e. Court 1,2,3)
-Checking in all teams on the day of the tournament. NTS will provide a check in sheet.
-Collecting waiver forms from coaches on tournament day. (Waiver forms will be sent to participating teams prior to the tournament by NTS.)
-Distribute tournament rules and brackets to head coaches on their arrival. (rules and bracket handouts are provided by NTS.)
-Assure that games begin and end according to scheduled times. If a court is falling behind, it might be necessary to bring the games on this court to 18 min. per half, instead of 20min. per half. Although rarely a problem, be sure to inform the coaches before the game.
-Post the scores after each game on the large game bracket posters provided by NTS.
-Hand out awards to 1st, 2nd, 3rd place teams at the end of play. All awards are supplied by NTS
-Take a photo of the winning teams and email to NTS for postin on website.
-Misc. supplies to have available: Pencils for scorekeepers, highlighters, tape for hanging brackets. Try to have ice and zip lock bags on hand in a cooler for player injuries.

Concession/Volunteer coordinator duties
-Schedule volunteer parents on a provided schedule no later than 1 week prior to tournament.
-Order all food, snacks and beverages 1 week prior to tournament. (from Sandstroms and shop around for deals i.e. Walmart ect. A food list will be supplied to interested parties upon further inquiry)
-Set up concessions the night before and arrive to the location by 7:30 to finish last minute set up. (coffee, donuts, prepare popcorn ect.)
-Clean up concessions at the start of championship game)

-Schedule Volunteer parents on provided schedule no later than 1 week prior to tournament to work at the gate to collect admissions.
-Be prepared to fill in for volunteers as needed and overlook all operations.
