HYBSA Complex Rules
 
ALCOHOL BEVERAGES are prohibited within the HYBSA Complex.
 
The use of all TOBACCO PRODUCTS is prohibited within the HYBSA Complex except for the parking areas. 

GLASS CONTAINERS are prohibited throughout the HYBSA Complex.

PROFANITY and ABUSIVE LANGUAGE will not be tolerated. Violators are subject to removal from the HYBSA Complex.

LITTERING is prohibited throughout the HYBSA Complex.

Outside food and drinks are prohibited within the complex ecept the parking areas with following exceptions:
1. Snacks and ice chests or coolers with water for players and coaches are allowed in the dugout during the regular spring season.
2. Snacks may be brought in when the concession stand is not operating, i.e., during the Fall Ball Season.
3. With prior approval of the board, food and non-alcohol drinks may be brought in for special occasions, scheduled meetings, or fundrasising activities.
 
PETS of any kind are prohibited at the HYBSA COMPLEX! 
 
The gate will be locked at all times during the off-season.  During the fall and spring seasons, the gate will be locked each night; so no overnight parking unless you truly want your vehicle to be left there overnight. This is to secure our complex from vandalism.

NEED HELP KEEPING OUR COMPLEX LITTER FREE!

Parents, Coaches and Players we need YOUR HELP KEEPING YOUR COMPLEX CLEAN. After your game please remember to empty the litter in the dugouts and take the time to pick up the litter on and around the picnic tables, bleachers and deposit the litter in the trash barrels.
 


REMINDER ABOUT THE DUGOUTS DURING THE GAMES

Parents just a reminder per PONY RULES it states that only uniformed coaches and players are allowed in the dugouts during the games. This means NO PARENTS, NO BAT BOYS/GIRLS, NO SCOREKEEPERS, or TEAM MOMS are allowed in the dugouts during the games.
