Mandatory Pre-Tryout Parent Meeting
Monday, November 9, 2009 @ 7:30-8:15pm HHS Commons Area
Cheer packets are available in the Main Office
(HHS Main Campus, Freshman Campus, and HHS Athletic Office)
**Must have a current physical in order to tryout**

All candidates will need to bring with them on the first day of tryouts.
Completed Competitive Cheer Checklist with the following completed forms:
Current physical dated on or after 4/15/09 or Physical Waiver
Attendance @ the mandatory pre-tryout parent meeting
HHS Competitive Cheer Permission Slip
Competitive Cheer Athlete Sheet
Parent/Guardian and Student Consent Form
Read and understand Information packet
Read and understand HHS Cheer Handbook
Current Reportcard and/or Progress Report of the most current grades/gpa (candidates must maintain a 2.0 or better to be eligible to tryout)
