Welcome to LAGO VISTA POP WARNER FOOTBALL
Lago Vista Pop Warner Football Association offers flag (5,6,7 year old players) and tackle (7-12 year old players) football. Tackle football consists of Mitey-Mite, Jr. Pee Wee and Pee Wee. For the 2008 season we will also feature cheerleading (5-12 year old participants)for all football categories.
While there is no weight restrictions for flag football, the weight structure for tackle football is strictly adhered to for safety purposes. Please review the age/weight matrix link on the menu bar.

Then print and complete the required registration/consent and physical forms(CLICK LINKS ABOVE)and submit with your PayPal receipt to LVPWFA, either by mail to the address below or to one of the LVPWFA in-person registrations. If someone with a different last name than the participant is paying (i.e grandmother or grandfather) please notate this information so we can best track the payment. Thank you!

CHEERLEADER = $100 (Registration only)
Age range 5-12 (flag uniform is TBD, MM and older uniforms range from TBD). There are other optional items availble for purchase as well.

Age range 5-6-7
A child's age on July 31 is his/her age for the season.
TACKLE = $175

**A child's age on July 31 is his/her age for the season. A player may gain 1 pound per week after the second game, up to a maximum of 9 pounds

The following documents are required to participate in LVPWF; Parent consent agreements, Original Birth Certificate, Certified TX birth Certificate Most recent Report Card, Most recent picture, Physical exam form. Please submit them with your registration form. If you want your child to participate in Lago Vista Pop Warner Football, this information will be required no later than July 31 2008.
All tackle football players are required to provide their own lower body pads, mouth piece, and football cleats. LVPWF loans one helmet, shoulder pads, game pants, per child. Each player will keep his/her game jersey at season end. All of our equipment is of the highest quality. The player’s safety is our number one priority.
Flag participants will receive a game jersey, shorts and mouthpiece for them to keep at season end. Cheer participants will receive a trendy carry bag, theirs to keep.
