WE ARE NOW HAVING ONE PRACTICE FOR ALL AGES

Sundays 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Check back here weekly to determine the second practice day of the week.
Pitchers must bring their own catcher to each practice.
Please arrive stretched and ready to go at your scheduled time. You should arrive 15 minutes early to begin your warm-up.
Please understand that a successful pitcher is not made overnight. It takes many months and years to fully develop the skills needed for long-term success. I am providing an opportunity for the girls to throw two days a week, but they should also be practicing at home an additional two-four days per week.
