Pam Duke- Director/Coach
I have three children and 2 step children. I was a dancer for 7 years and did competitive gymnastics in high school.I have 15 Years of Coaching Experience. I have coached 9 years in local high schools as well as 6 years at Salisbury University. Coaching the cheer teams as well as the competitive teams. I coached the Parkside High School Competitive Cheer and Dance team to be the 1998 ECA Dance National Champions. All teams have won numerous awards as well as having team members perform at the Pro Bowl in Hawaii and be instructors for many cheer companies.
I am CPR certified and attend coaches conferences regularly to stay up on the most current safety issues as well as up to date stunts, transitions, dances and tumbling techniques.

Brandi Rathel-Director/Youth Team Coach
I am a May 2004 graduate of Salisbury University. I graduated with an Education degree, and I am now a 4th grade teacher. I have been cheering for 11 years. I had the opportunity to participate in the Pro Bowl in Hawaii my senior year of high school. I have been a cheerleading coach for 4 years. Not only am a coach for our Youth team, I too will be a member of the open team.

Lindsay Kotz - Junior Coach
I am a May 2004 graduate from Salisbury University with a degree in Communication Arts, and a minor in English. I am also the Cheerleading coach for Parkside Highschool. I am originally from Carroll County, MD where I cheered for 6 years before attending SU. I was named All American Cheerleader in 1999 and proudly represented my school in the 1999 Outback Bowl. This will be my 4th year with Nor'Eastern Storm All-Stars. LETS GO STORM!

Rachael Megargie - Senior Team Coach
I am currently a senior at Salisbury University. I have been cheering for over 10 years and coaching for 4. I have cheered for both high school and all star squads. This is my 3rd year coaching the Senior Twisters as well as my 3rd year on the Open Team. I have also attended several coaching conferences.

Joni Martin -Senior Team Coach
I graduated from the University of Maryland in 2004 and this will be my 2nd year coaching the Senior Twisters. I also cheered for the Open Team for the past 2 years, and will be dancing hip-hop this year. I have been a cheerleader for over 12 years, starting with my local high school Parkside, and on local competitive level teams.
